1. Desktops

    1. that won’t be used over the summer must be disconnected from power.

    2. that will be moved out of the classrooms during the summer must have an equipment tag attached to it (see the attachment).

    3. can be covered with a cloth cover. Do not use plastic covers because they trap in moisture.

  2. Laptops

    1. along with power adapters that won’t be used over the summer must be disconnected from power and placed in a secure area.

    2. assigned to Teachers may be taken home for the summer.

  3. iPads and Tablets along with power adapters that won’t be used over the summer must be disconnected from power and placed in a secure area.

  4. Copiers and Printers that won’t be used over the summer must be disconnected from power.

  5. If you have a computer problem contact the Help Desk with your name, building, room number and a detailed description of the problem.

  6. Delete files that you don’t need from your email, hard drive, Home folder, TSF folder (for secondary schools), and Onedrive for Business.

  7. All software should be placed in a secure area.
