If you encounter a red X on your V Drive, please perform the following steps:

Open the Start Menu (Windows key )

Type Task Scheduler

Click on Task Scheduler Library on the left

Locate OnedriveMapper in the middle of the window

Right click on OnedriveMapper and select Run

This will bring up the map script in a command prompt window. Please allow this to run and close on its own. You can now go back and open your V Drive.

If you continue to see the red X, open Internet Explorer (NOT Firefox or Chrome or Edge!!). 

Navigate to Office 365 (login.microsoftonline.com) 

Log in with your district email address and password 

Click Keep me signed in

Open your OneDrive in Office 365

Go back to your V Drive and open
