1. Go to the Copier/Printer and place your document on the glass or on top tray
  2. Press the FAX/SCAN button.
  3. On the touch screen on the upper right hand side press the Address Search icon.
  4. Press the Search button on the next screen
  5. Type the users last name and press start search on the lower right of the screen
  6. Press the email address you need
  7. Press the Start button
  8. You will receive an email from the copier.
