- Go to the Copier/Printer and place your document on the glass or on top tray
 - Press the FAX/SCAN button.
 - On the touch screen on the upper right hand side press the Address Search icon.
 - Press the Search button on the next screen
 - Type the users last name and press start search on the lower right of the screen
 - Press the email address you need
 - Press the Start button
 - You will receive an email from the copier.
