Process To Remove and Reconnect your Microsoft Account
  1. Make sure you are connected to a network, either at school or an offsite wireless connection.
  2. Log in to your computer and in the Search bar type 'Settings' A grey and white sign with a gear AI-generated content may be incorrect. and click to open it.

  4. Locate your @live.siouxcityschools.com account and click the drop down arrow to the right of it and click the 'Disconnect' button.   A screenshot of a computer AI-generated content may be incorrect.
  5. Once it is removed restart your computer.
  6. Log back in and go to the same location 'Settings', 'Accounts', 'Access work or school' and click the 'Connect' green button.    A screenshot of a computer AI-generated content may be incorrect.
  7. Enter in your school Microsoft @live.siouxcityschools.com account and password.  You will then do the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  8. Once you have completed the MFA open Outlook and/or Onedrive and it should connect.
