Using the Mail App 

1. Open Settings: Tap the Settings app on your iPhone's home screen. 


2. Navigate to Mail Accounts: Scroll down and tap Mail, then tap Accounts. 


3. Add New Account: Tap Add Account. 


4. Select Provider: Choose the type of account (Microsoft Exchange) 


5. Enter Your Details:

a. Input your full school email address.  [user]@live.siouxcityschools.com


b. Enter the password for your school email account. 


c. Give the account a description (e.g., "SC School Email") for clarity. 


6. Complete Setup: Tap Next or Sign In. The Mail app will attempt to find and verify your account settings. 


7. Verify and Save: Follow any additional prompts for two-factor authentication or to approve access. Tap Save or Done when the setup is complete. 



Using the Microsoft Outlook App (For Microsoft Exchange Accounts)

1. Download the App:

Download the Microsoft Outlook app from the App Store.


2. Open Outlook:

Launch the Outlook app.


3. Add Account:

Tap on the option to add an account and enter your work or school email address. [user]@live.siouxcityschools.com 


4. Sign In:

Follow the prompts to enter your password and complete the sign-in process.
