Our Help Desk is a single point of contact for assistance with supported software and hardware. Our hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Students may connect with our Help Desk by emailing HelpDesk@live.siouxcityschools.com or by calling 712-279-6803. Student should provide first and last name, school they are attending, phone number where he/she can be reached and details of the laptop issue. A Technician will contact the student.

Teachers and Staff that need support may create a Help Desk ticket by going to http://sccsd.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new
