1. If your audio enhancement speaker suddenly quits working, and you are certain the microphones are charged, here is something to try. (It sounds really strange, but it works)
  2. First, turn the volume down on both channels. (This is important to prevent blowing out the speaker)
  3. Next, open the equalizer compartment on the back of the speaker. Individually move each slider up and down about 10 times each—returning it to its original position. At some point you will hear a loud pop. Continue through all of the sliders. Your speaker should work again.
